Examiner called to inform me that the RDO did not approve of the taxpayer’s offer;

And that she is already required to surrender the tax docket due to her transfer to another district office.

Called the examiner and told her that taxpayer offered P250k for settlement of the case.

The examiner said that she will discuss it with the RDO on Monday, July 13.

Informal conference with revenue officer and supervisor;

Received their preliminary tax assessment;

I told them that I will discuss their findings with the taxpayer...then I will call them.

Submitted documentary requirements to the examiner (Ms. Myra Cedro)

Received Letter of Authority for taxable year 2018

Informed J. Won of my service fee for 2018 BIR Audit:

P3,000 – upon acceptance of the Audit Notice

P1,000 – appearance fee for every meeting with BIR revenue officer

P20,000 – one-time fee payable upon termination of the BIR audit.
