Reference: BIR Alphalist Data Entry Apps

To generate MAP/QAP for 1601-E:

1.       Click 1604-E à Schedule 4 Print/Inquire à Excel Report

2.       At 1604E menu, click Generate File to create 1604E.DAT file àfor eSubmission (thru email) à Validation Report from BIR

3.       Go to eBIRforms apps to generate form 1604-E à submit online à TRR Confirmation from BIR

To generate 1604CF and Alphalist:

1.       For Alphalist of Minimum Wage Earners: Click Add/Update button under S6chedule 7.5  à then, generate Form 2316

-          For Employees with no previous employers within the year: Click Add/Update button under S6chedule 7.3  à then, generate Form 2316

2.       To generate Excel Report of Alphalist: At 1604CF Menu, click Print/Inquire button à Excel Report

3.       To create DAT file of 1604CF: At 1604CF Menu, click Generate File button à for eSubmission (thru email) à Validation Report from BIR

4.       Go to eBIRforms apps to generate form 1604CF à submit online à TRR Confirmation from BIR
