Re: Renewal of business permit of Rustico & Russ Cartoneros3:00 PM- I lined up for assessment (issuance of SOA)... those with tickets issued yesterday, Jan. 15 (3:00PM)... number of persons in the line is about 100, where some are carrying 2 or more accounts.
Deadline of assessment without penalty is on January 25 while payment of business taxes, fees and charges is extended until January 31.
Note: Additional requirement for lessors- contract of lease and annual declaration under oath of leased properties, tenants, monthly rental and floor area.
Lesson learned: Ask first (if there are other requirements for your type of business, e.g. lessor) before you line up in the assessment.
