1. Official Receipt (payment of Transfer Tax)
2. CAR from BIR
3. Deed of Absolute Sale
4. Tax Declaration
5. Current Real Property Tax Clearance
6. Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
7. Valid Government issued ID


Computation of Transfer Tax:
75% of 1% of FMV or Selling Price whichever is higher
(P7,500.00 per P1 Million)
Plus P200.00 for clearance
